The College educational program aims to bring a sense of engagement and enthusiasm for learning to all students.

It is intended to be a significant and positive experience catering for the particular needs of students as they charter their way from early childhood and the lower primary years to adolescence and Senior School.

It is designed to provide opportunities for the students to become managers of their own learning and to set realistic and demanding goals through a rich and innovative learning program that ignites, engages and challenges their intellect.

At Brindabella we ensures that student welfare is embedded in the culture of the College as well as the curriculum. Our students’ education and school experience are intended to be safe, secure, rigorous and positive.

The College educational program has been designed around five broad organisers:

  • Academic Studies
  • Enrichment and Support
  • Personal Development and Relationships
  • Leadership and Service
  • Vocational Preparedness

Co-curricular and extra curricular programs, though often interdisciplinary, are organised to enrich and extend the opportunities in each of these areas and are grouped according to academic, cultural, sporting, service and vocational or entrepreneurial interests. The organisers are tempered by the four broad developmental phases that students’ progress through during their thirteen years at school.

"...a rich and innovative learning program that ignites, engages and challenges their intellect."
